The Word “Peptide Therapy” Is Doing More Work Than It Should

Here is a claim worth testing before believing: that “peptide therapy” describes one thing. It does not. None of that is thin data. It’s large, randomized, placebo-controlled, published in the New England Journal of Medicine. Whatever else is uncertain in this category, the efficacy claim for this specific trio is not resting on hope. Group two: the claim is “these help recovery,” and the evidence tier is thin
